Closings can and will usually take place within 30 days in most cases but may take up to 90 days or more in other cases due to title issues, credit report issues or lender issues.

Rush closings can occur as quickly as within 5 - 10 business days of our receipt of an order.

In Office After Business Hours:	$325.00
Out of Office During Business Hours:	$350.00
Out of Office After Business Hours:	$375.00

(Settlement fees include resolution of all pre-closing issues, preparation of all closing documents and closing statements, together with attendance at your closing.)

Copies:	$25.00(per closing package)
Notary Fees:	$25.00(per mortgage package)
Wire Transfer Fees:	$25.00
Record Mortgage:	$185.00 to $250.00 *
